This is a traditional Scottish Beef Sausage. Rather than being linked like most sausages, this is prepared in a Lorne Pan, a rectangular moulded pan then sliced for easy grilling or frying. Eat it for Breakfast with Bacon & Eggs or with gravy & onions for a cheap and easy dinner.

Clootie Dumpling

Clootie Dumpling
A type of traditional Fruit Cake/Steamed Pudding. Very popular with the Scottish. Full of delicious dried fruit and spices with a nip or two of whiskey then boiled in a cloth for 3 hours. It is delicious served hot with custard, the left overs can then be fried up the next morning with the traditional Scottish breakfast of Bacon, Eggs and Black Pudding. Some Scots still have a Dumpling for a birthday cake and Halloween is also a popular time to eat Dumpling.
